Single Carrier Senior Specialist Landside Operations
Job Summary
- Manage end-to-end landside shipment executionfrom planning and booking to delivery and order closureusing SAP TMS
- Drive transport planning optimisation and proactive exception management to ensure reliable service delivery
- Manage vendor and stakeholder coordination across internal teams customers and partners to ensure operational excellence
- Ensure data accuracy cost validation and timely order closure to support billing and profitability
- Build strong engagement with regional front office teams and contribute to overall operational improvements
- Drive performance tracking reporting and KPI-based insights across operations and financials
- Translate data into actionable recommendations on cost profitability and business trends
- Lead process improvements and standardisation to enhance efficiency and reduce friction.
- Support delivery of cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes
- Support offshoring initiatives product training and onboarding new members in the team.
Accountabilities
- Ensure visibility and governance over operational and financial performance across the portfolio
- Drive data accuracy insight quality and timely reporting to support business decisions
- Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency cost optimisation and process effectiveness
- Support successful execution of projects system initiatives and transformation programs
- Enable stakeholder alignment and ensure delivery against agreed objectives
- Champion standardisation compliance and best practices across the Landside network
- Strong understanding of SAP Transportation Management System dispatch workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities (RCA trend analysis KPI interpretation)
- Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
- Capability to analyze operational data including review and reporting activities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts adhere to a five-day in-office expectation.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the logistics or shipping industry for external hires.
- Strong attitude communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate
- Hands on Knowledge of all MS Office Product
