We are looking for Silicon Validation Engineers with hands-on experience in SoC/Silicon Validation across Electrical & Compliance Ethernet IP Validation or RAS Validation. The role involves functional performance electrical system-level stress thermal and corner validation of silicon/IPs and platforms along with hardware and software debugging.

• Perform functional performance and system-level validation of SoC/IPs and silicon platforms.
• Execute validation across different development stages including pre-silicon post-silicon and platform bring-up.
• Perform stress regression corner and thermal validation.
• Debug silicon hardware and firmware issues using logs traces and hardware debug tools.
• Validate interfaces/IPs such as Ethernet PCIe USB DDR HDMI/DP SPI/I2C/I3C and other SoC components.
• Perform system validation in Linux and Windows environments.
• Analyze failures identify root causes and track defects through closure.
• Prepare test plans test cases validation reports and detailed failure analysis.
• Collaborate with hardware firmware design and validation teams.

1. Electrical & Compliance Validation

• Ethernet electrical-level validation - Mandatory
• Hands-on Oscilloscope experience - Mandatory
• Ethernet TX/RX compliance testing
• Signal integrity eye diagram and jitter analysis
• High-speed electrical validation
• PVT/thermal/corner validation
• BERT/VNA/Protocol Analyzer exposure is preferred

2. Ethernet IP Validation

• Ethernet IP Validation - Mandatory
• SoC/Silicon/Post-Silicon validation experience
• Ethernet IP functional and performance validation
• Hardware/software interaction and system-level debugging
• Log analysis and root-cause analysis
• C/Python or scripting exposure
• Linux/Windows validation environments

OR

3. RAS - Silicon Validation

• RAS (Reliability Availability & Serviceability) validation - Mandatory
• Silicon/Post-Silicon validation
• Hardware/system-level debugging
• Error analysis and failure-log analysis
• Error injection and recovery validation
• MCE/MCA ECC or memory RAS experience is preferred
• PVT stress and thermal validation
• Hands-on chiller/thermal equipment experience preferred/required based on project
• Linux/Windows validation environments

• JTAG/HDT and hardware debug tools
• BIOS/UEFI/firmware validation
• Board bring-up
• PCIe / Ethernet / Memory validation
• Python automation
• Oscilloscope and other lab equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Silicon/SoC validation and should have deep expertise in at least one of the three areas:
