DESCRIPTION:
As a Business Analyst II at Thermo Fisher Scientific youll contribute to bridging business needs with technology solutions to advance our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier cleaner and safer. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes gather requirements and implement innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency. Working in an agile environment youll help define and document business requirements create user stories facilitate workshops and ensure successful project delivery. This role offers opportunities to work with advanced technologies while making meaningful contributions to critical business initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Degree no prior experience required or Bachelors Degree plus 2 years of experience in business analysis PLM application support requirements gathering and process improvement
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter application workflow and user issues.
- Monitor system health performance and application availability.
- Support Teamcenter administration activities including user management access control and role assignments.
- Assist with Teamcenter upgrades patches and system maintenance.
- Configure and maintain workflows datasets item types BOM structures and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience creating user stories process flows and acceptance criteria
- Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
