Job Description

Job Title - Siebel CRM Consultant (Architecture Administration & Product Configuration)

Experience - 8- 15 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 45 Days

Requirement:-

Candidates must have telecom domain experience & order management experience

Siebel Admin:

• Experience in Siebel architecture with Latest version on Siebel 17 onwards Preferable 25.x.
• Installation of Siebel servers and Management of Siebel Gateway tomcat/application interface.
• Understanding on cloud native feature - Kubernetes auto scaling.
• Understanding of Siebel Management console and setup in a multi-server and DR environment.
• Upgrade experience on Siebel from any Siebel IP version such as 2013/14/15/16 etc to Latest Siebel version.
• Experience in troubleshooting Installation and Siebel upgrade process.
• Good understanding of the Production deployment and go-live planning.
• Understanding of other architecture components such as Database Load Balancer SSO firewall Windows and Linux platform in relation to Siebel setup.
• Experience in performing repository migration such as FRR/IRR Working with web tools and workspaces.
• Knowledge about EIM batch loads BIP reports integration.

Siebel Architect:

• Experience in Siebel architecture with Latest version on Siebel 17 onwards preferable 25.x.
• Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model
• Techno-functional Experience in BSS telecom.
• Decent work experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor.
• Siebel implementation experience with strong knowledge of EAI Siebel configuration and eScripting.
• Awareness of latest technologies/features and Industry trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
• Ability to assess the current processes identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.
• Good Communication and customer management skills.
• Managing day-to-day affairs with customer.

Siebel Developer /Siebel Integration/Siebel Technical:

• Experience of Implementation/Support in Siebel CRM.
• Sound experience in SQL.
• Experience in Siebel architecture with Latest version on Siebel 17 onwards preferable 25.x.
• Siebel implementation experience with strong knowledge of Siebel configuration eScripting telecom order management.
• Good Hands on experience in Siebel Inbound/Outbound API.
• Expert in Siebel EAI and RESTful web services-based integrations EBC and VBC.
• Good understanding on API authentication mechanising - oAuth
• Telecom domain experience.
• Strong Communication skills - Written and Verbal.

Siebel Product Configuration:

• Experience in Siebel architecture with Latest version on Siebel 17 onwards preferable 20.x.
• Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model.
• Experience in building Siebel Business process and debugging of Workflow issues.
• Knowledge of Siebel vanilla Modules of Siebel Telecommunication application.
• Strong hands-on experience in Siebel product configuration.
• Hands on experience in creating product rules link product design.
• Hands on experience in configuring and modelling product Price.
