Job Summary

Job Purpose and Impact

The Transaction Management Specialist will execute and administer moderately complex aspects of Trade and Capital Markets activities in a timely and accurate this role you will deliver clean agile and customer-focused execution of the operational activities while ensuring compliance to the established guidelines and procedures.

Key Accountabilities
  • Process standard deals in the trade inventory system and prepare all documents based on approved templates.
  • Coordinate and align with external and internal stakeholders to resolve execution issues assisting as necessary.
  • Settle standard transactions to ensure quality settlement for supervisors review.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Support system upgrades and process improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in trade finance operations
    • Proven ability to interpret and apply transaction-related documentation with precision ensuring accurate execution and compliance
    • Exposure to process optimization automation initiatives or digital tools supporting operational efficiency
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals in a fast-paced dynamic environment
