POSITION OVERVIEW
The Services Project Manager II manages key client projects and is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. The Services Project Manager II sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes the progress of a project and will also be responsible for developing presentation materials.
WHAT YOULL DO
Responsible for managing key client projects
Ensures all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget
Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manages changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Reports and escalates to management as needed
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Develops spreadsheets diagrams and process maps to document needs
Performs other related duties and activities as required

WHAT YOUVE DONE
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelors degree strongly preferred or higher level or foreign equivalent
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
3-5 years of professional experience preferably in a technology insurance or otherwise related environment
Knowledge and Skills Required
Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Skilled in Microsoft applications including Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook.
Experience with file management transcription and other administrative procedures.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Other Requirements:
Travel: 25-50%
Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
Physical: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Duck Creek is a flexible-first company offering employees autonomy in how they manage their day-to-day work. As part of our Flying Together approach we are thoughtfully increasing opportunities for in-person collaboration by focusing on hiring in designated locations.
This role is aligned to a specific location and you are expected to reside within reasonable proximity to that location. You will partner with your leader to participate in meaningful in-person moments that support team connection collaboration and business priorities.
At the start of your employment your work may be performed remotely subject to business needs and company guidelines. As our Flying Together approach continues to evolve you may be expected to transition to a hybrid work arrangement including working from a designated office location on a schedule determined by your leader and organizational needs.
