Job Summary
WillWare Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in CMDB CSDM JavaScript and Glide API along with exposure to the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications integrating enterprise systems and working with telecom network inventory and OSS/BSS environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop customize and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
Configure and enhance CMDB and implement the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Develop Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions and Catalog Items using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
Build and support REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
Develop workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Integrate ServiceNow with telecom network inventory platforms and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with architects business analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
Follow ServiceNow development standards documentation and release management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform customization and scripting.
Hands-on experience with:
CMDB
CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
JavaScript
Glide API
Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
Strong knowledge of Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
Telecom Domain Knowledge
Experience working in Telecom Service Management (TSM) or telecom environments.
Understanding of:
Network Inventory (Physical & Logical)
OSS/BSS Architecture
IP Networks
MPLS
Fiber Networks
Wireless Technologies
Familiarity with TM Forum standards and frameworks is preferred.
Experience working with telecom network inventory tools is an added advantage.
