Quadrafort is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities along with leadership experience in managing teams and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation projects
Design and architect scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide technical leadership guidance and mentorship to development teams
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices coding standards and governance
Perform code reviews troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance
Manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Oversee deployment activities release management and CI/CD processes
Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–9 years of IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD or CSM
Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies)
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer IntegrationHub and Service Catalog
Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and API development
Good understanding of CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping concepts
Familiarity with JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow data model
Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong troubleshooting debugging and performance optimization skills
Preferred Skills
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA CAD or CIS modules preferred)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an advantage
Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
