HIRING SERVICENOW SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME)
Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SME to lead technical discussions integrations platform configuration troubleshooting and enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the technical SME for ServiceNow issues and solutions.
Design develop & maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms.
Work on ITSM ITOM CMDB Service Catalog Integration Hub & Flow Designer.
Troubleshoot APIs authentication performance latency & data consistency issues.
Develop and optimise Business Rules Client Scripts Workflows & integrations.
Perform RCA for production incidents and recurring defects.
Support releases deployments testing & post-production activities.
Create technical documentation runbooks and knowledge articles.
Mentor teams on ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
MANDATORY SKILLS
12 years of ServiceNow implementation/support experience
ITSM ITOM & CMDB
Service Catalog Integration Hub & Flow Designer
REST/SOAP APIs & enterprise integrations
Strong JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting
OAuth SAML JWT & Basic Authentication
Agile delivery experience
PREFERRED
ServiceNow CSA / CIS / CAD certifications
Enterprise transformation or platform engineering experience
