Job: ServiceNow Strong scripting integration
Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications/modules including ITSM CMDB HRSD CSM Asset Management and Service Portal.
Build and maintain complex client scripts business rules UI policies Script Includes Flow Designer flows and integrations.
Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripting solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
Work on IntegrationHub MID Server web services and API-based integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.
Troubleshoot platform issues optimize performance and ensure best practices.
Participate in code reviews deployments testing and documentation activities.
Support ServiceNow upgrades patching and enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills

4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
Strong expertise in JavaScript Glide APIs Script Includes Business Rules UI Actions ACLs and Client Scripts.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs SOAP APIs IntegrationHub and MID Server.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications such as SAP Salesforce Workday Azure AD Jira etc.
Good understanding of ServiceNow data model CMDB workflows and Flow Designer.
Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder is preferred.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong debugging analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Additional certifications in ITSM CSM HRSD or IntegrationHub are a plus.
