We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to design develop configure and support Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Demand Management Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Resource Management Financial Planning Agile Development and Portfolio Management while leveraging ServiceNow development best practices.

• Implement configure and enhance ServiceNow SPM modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SPM solutions.
• Configure Demand Management Project & Program Management Portfolio Management Resource Management and Financial Planning processes.
• Develop Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies UI Actions and Flow Designer workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards reports and Performance Analytics solutions.
• Configure Strategic Planning Workspace Project Workspace and Resource Management Workspace.
• Integrate SPM with ITSM HRSD CMDB ERP and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration testing (SIT/UAT) deployments and post-production support.
• Create technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
