Job Summary

Hiring: ServiceNow Solution Architect ITSM

Location: Pune Work Mode: Hybrid / Work from Office

Budget: Up to 40 LPA

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITSM) to design and deliver scalable high-quality solutions. If you have a strong development background and expertise in ITSM architecture this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end ITSM architecture and scalable solutions

Lead technical design governance and best practices

Work on integrations (APIs MID Server external systems)

Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams

Ensure alignment with CMDB & CSDM data models

Required Skills & Experience:

7 years of overall experience

Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow development (mandatory)

Strong expertise in ITSM CMDB and CSDM

Excellent scripting and integration skills (44.5/5 proficiency required)

Proven experience in solution architecture and design

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Required Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field
