Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge)
Work on scripting workflows Flow Designer and Service Catalog
Handle integrations using REST/SOAP IntegrationHub and MID Server
Perform debugging performance optimization and end-to-end development
Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and CMDB/CSDM fundamentals
Required Skills & Experience:
8 years overall experience
Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow ITSM development (mandatory)
Strong expertise in JavaScript Glide API
Hands-on with SLA Flow Designer and integrations
Good understanding of ITIL processes
