Job Summary

Hiring: ServiceNow Senior IRM Developer

Location: Pune Work Mode: Work From Office

Budget: Up to 35 LPA

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Senior IRM Developer with strong expertise in IRM modules and end-to-end solution development. If you have hands-on experience in Governance Risk & Compliance and enjoy solving complex problems this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IRM modules (Policy & Compliance Risk Audit Vendor Risk)

Design end-to-end solutions including workflows configurations and customizations

Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to drive solutions and improvements

Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance

Required Skills & Experience:

7 years of total experience

Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow development (IRM mandatory)

Strong expertise in IRM modules

Hands-on experience in scripting and integrations

CSA certification required (CIS-IRM / CIS-GRC preferred)

Required Skills:

ServiceNow IRM Development (Policy & Compliance Risk Audit Vendor Risk) Strong JavaScript & Glide API expertise Workflow Design Configuration & Customization End-to-End Solution Development REST/SOAP API Integrations Enterprise System Integration Data Modeling & Platform Configuration Debugging & Performance Optimization Knowledge of GRC/IRM Frameworks

Required Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field
