Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to understand the customer needs and develop specific products to solve their problems and support delivery managers in client servicing
- 8 years of experience in Product Management Project Management Program Management or ServiceNow Platform Management.
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementations and enhancements on modules like ITSM ITOM CSM CMDB.
- Experience delivering large-scale cloud transformation and enterprise automation programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with Agile Scrum SAFe and DevOps methodologies.
