Job Summary

6 to 9 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience across multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
Strong expertise in JavaScript Glide APIs Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions and Scheduled Jobs.
Proven experience with Flow Designer Workflow Editor IntegrationHub REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configuration.
Deep working knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge CMDB Service Catalog).
Experience with Service Portal development (AngularJS Bootstrap HTML5 CSS3) and exposure to UI Builder / Next Experience.
Solid understanding of CMDB CI Class Manager Discovery and Service Mapping concepts.
Experience implementing ACLs roles domain separation and data policies for enterprise-scale instances.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory.
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
