About the Role

We are opening a CBS position for a ServiceNow Platform Senior Developer to support platform evolution and scale. The role is responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities


. Design develop and deploy custom applications modules and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform aligned with HOS onboarding requirements.
. Own end to end technical delivery: requirement analysis low level design development unit testing code review deployment and hyper care.
. Build server side (Business Rules Script Includes Scheduled Jobs) and client side (Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions) logic using Glide APIs and JavaScript.
. Develop and manage integrations with third party systems using REST/SOAP web services IntegrationHub MID Server and custom spokes.
. Implement Access Control Rules (ACLs) roles and data segregation to meet security and compliance requirements.
. Lead performance tuning technical debt reduction and platform upgrade activities across releases.
. Enforce ServiceNow best practices coding standards and Technical Governance across the delivery team.
. Collaborate with architects process consultants and stakeholders


Mandatory Skills and Experience


. 6 to 9 years of hands on ServiceNow platform development experience across multiple full lifecycle implementations.
. Strong expertise in JavaScript Glide APIs Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions and Scheduled Jobs.
. Proven experience with Flow Designer Workflow Editor IntegrationHub REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configuration.
. Deep working knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge CMDB Service Catalog).
. Experience with Service Portal development (AngularJS Bootstrap HTML5 CSS3) and exposure to UI Builder / Next Experience.
. Solid understanding of CMDB CI Class Manager Discovery and Service Mapping concepts.
. Experience implementing ACLs roles domain separation and data policies for enterprise scale instances.
. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory.
. Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery Git based source control and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.


Preferred / Good to Have Skills


. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
. Exposure to ITOM (Discovery Service Mapping Event Management) SecOps HRSD or CSM.
. Experience with Performance Analytics Reporting and Dashboards.
. Familiarity with ATF (Automated Test Framework) Update Sets and Application Repository.
. Understanding of ITIL v4 framework and process design.

. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Education


. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline.
