Job Summary

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have	Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development (JavaScript GlideScript). Experience with Now Assist capabilities AI-driven development. Proficiency in configuring & developing used cases in core ITSM/ NowAssist modules. Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and APIs.
Good-to-Have	Knowledge of JIRA & OMS with SNOW Integration Scenario Familiarity with Service Portal and UI customization Experience with Integration Hub REST/SOAP APIs
Certifications Required	Good to Have : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
