Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer
Location: Pan India / Remote
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Responsible for designing and building integrations between ITSM and external systems to support Incident Change Request and Problem processes.

Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer
Location: Pan India / Remote

Responsible for designing and building integrations between ITSM and external systems to support Incident Change Request and Problem processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop inbound/outbound integrations using REST SOAP MID Server
- Integrate ITSM with monitoring identity HR and third-party tools
- Build Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub spokes
- Handle data mapping transformation and error handling
- Ensure secure authentication (OAuth Basic API keys)
- Strong ITSM knowledge (Incident Change Request)
- REST/SOAP JSON XML
- Script Includes GlideAjax Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub MID Server
