Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design code and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing coding and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations management principles and event correlation techniques.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITOM with other IT service management tools and platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within event management workflows.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow environment to optimize event handling processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
