Role Overview:
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM professional to lead enterprise solution design integrations and IT operations transformation. The role involves stakeholder management team leadership and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
Act as an SME and manage technical teams
Drive integrated IT operations and multi-tower service management
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key decisions
Architect scalable and flexible solutions
Identify and resolve technical risks and challenges
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
Enterprise solution architecture and IT operations experience
Experience with integrations and transformational projects
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to analyze complex technical environments

Education: 15 years of full-time education required
