ServiceNow ITOM Developer / Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developers and Architects with strong expertise in CMDB Discovery Service Mapping CSDM integrations and ServiceNow development.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with CMDB Discovery Service Mapping and CSDM.
Develop solutions using Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes Flow Designer Catalog Items and Service Portal.
Design and support integrations using REST SOAP JDBC MID Servers IntegrationHub Import Sets and Transform Maps.
Implement CMDB governance CI reconciliation data quality and lifecycle management.
Configure and optimize Discovery Service Mapping and MID Server environments.
Troubleshoot platform integration and performance issues.
Follow ServiceNow development security and architecture best practices.
For Architect roles lead solution architecture technical design integration architecture governance and technical teams.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define scalable ITOM solutions.

Required Skills

CMDB Discovery Service Mapping CSDM ITOM ServiceNow Development IntegrationHub MID Server REST/SOAP Flow Designer ServiceNow Scripting Performance Optimization

Good to Have: ServiceNow AI / Now Assist experience and relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Senior ITOM Developer: 45 Years Hybrid / Mostly Remote
ITOM Architect: 810 Years Hybrid
Location: Hyderabad / Pune
Duration: 6 Months Extendable
