Role: ServiceNow ITOM Developer with AIOps
Location: PAN India

Job Description

Analyze Event Management alerts and correlation patterns to identify suitable self-healing opportunities.
Define trigger criteria correlation conditions and operational rules for automated remediation.
Configure ServiceNow Event Management to invoke approved external remediation agents.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and the customer-provided agentic platform using approved interfaces and APIs.
Map and transmit alert CI service severity correlation and execution-context data to external platforms.
Configure processing of remediation responses and update alerts incidents and operational records.
Implement and validate one pilot self-healing scenario
Collaborate with monitoring infrastructure operations and platform teams to define remediation workflows and guardrails.

Skills

ServiceNow ITOM Event Management
Understanding and knowledge of CMDB and CSDM and the relationship
ITSM scripting and Integration SME.
Understanding of AIOps self-healing and event-driven automation patterns.
