We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM CMDB Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture design and implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture for ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB implementations

Design scalable solutions for Discovery Service Mapping & Event Management

Define CMDB strategy CSDM adoption & data governance frameworks

Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs MID Server & Integration Hub

Provide technical leadership to development teams

Ensure platform performance security & compliance best practices

Collaborate with business stakeholders for solution alignment

Required Skills:

10 years of ServiceNow experience with strong architecture exposure

Expertise in ITOM CMDB & CSDM

Strong knowledge of Discovery Service Mapping & Event Management

Experience in enterprise integrations & platform architecture

Advanced scripting APIs & ServiceNow platform capabilities

Strong understanding of ITIL ITSM & ITOM frameworks

Experience leading large-scale implementations & teams

Agile/DevOps experience

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot RESTful APIs & Microservices Hands-on experience with Java 8 Strong coding skills with Multithreading Collections & Stream API Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 & CSS3 Experience with Redux & Saga Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL Databases (Oracle MySQL MongoDB) Familiarity with Git Agile Methodologies & CI/CD Pipelines Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks JUnit Mockito Jasmine & Karma

Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Sciece Information Technology or related field
