- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Business Management.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow IT Business Management modules to align with organizational processes.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ServiceNow IT Business Management environments.
