Job Summary
ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Implement configure and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Problem Change Request and Service Catalog.
- Manage and maintain CMDB ensuring data accuracy integrity and compliance with CSDM standards.
- Configure Discovery Service Mapping and CMDB integrations with enterprise tools.
- Develop workflows business rules UI policies and reports as per business requirements.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support incident resolution within SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
- Support platform upgrades enhancements and CMDB governance activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
- Good understanding of CMDB architecture CIs relationships and data management.
- Experience with Discovery Service Mapping and integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with workflows ACLs UI policies and platform administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
