Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Job Description
- Design develop configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications.
- Implement and enhance HR Case Management Employee Center (ESC) Lifecycle Events HR Catalogs and Knowledge Management.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items Record Producers Flows Workflows UI Policies Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes ACLs and UI Actions.
- Build automation using Flow Designer IntegrationHub and Notifications.
- Configure HR Agent Workspace and Employee Center Portal.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub LDAP Azure AD Workday SuccessFactors or other HR systems.
- Create reports dashboards and Performance Analytics for HR operations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders business analysts architects and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Ensure platform security governance and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM or Azure AD.
- Knowledge of Employee Document Management.
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Familiarity with ITSM modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow Upgrade and Release Management.
- Exposure to Performance Analytics and Reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD (Highly Preferred).
