Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD application to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain HR services case and knowledge templates and lifecycle events.
- Implement client scripts business rules UI policies and server-side scripting.
- Support integration between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems.
- Participate in unit testing QA cycles and defect resolution.
- Work closely with the HRSD Lead and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
- Understanding of HR processes and HR data handling.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs Service Portal and catalog item creation.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA HRSD Fundamentals.
