Job Description
A ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst specializes in translating HR business requirements into solutions using ServiceNows Human Resources Service Delivery platform.
Key responsibilities
- Requirements gathering: Work with HR stakeholders to understand employee service processes and business needs.
- HRSD modules: Understand HR Case Management HR Services Employee Center Knowledge Management and Lifecycle Events.
- Documentation: Prepare BRDs FRDs user stories acceptance criteria and process flows.
- Solution design: Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to translate business requirements into platform functionality.
- Testing: Prepare test scenarios coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate fixes.
- Agile delivery: Participate in sprint planning backlog refinement and stakeholder reviews.
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities to automate HR workflows and improve employee experience.
Key skills to look for
- Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience
- HR Case Management and HR service configuration knowledge
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management
- User stories acceptance criteria and process mapping
- UAT Agile/Scrum and requirements documentation
- Understanding of employee data privacy and HR processes.
