ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, ITAM Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in CMDB ITOM and ITAM. The candidate will be responsible for developing configuring integrating and maintaining ServiceNow solutions related to configuration management IT operations and IT asset management.

• Develop and configure ServiceNow CMDB ITOM and ITAM solutions.
• Configure and maintain CMDB including CI classes relationships attributes and identification rules.
• Work with Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and ensure CMDB data quality.
• Configure Discovery and troubleshoot discovery issues.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Work with MID Server for Discovery and integrations.
• Configure ITOM Visibility Event Management Service Mapping and related modules.
• Support ITAM including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and/or Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Develop business rules client scripts script includes UI policies workflows/flows and ACLs.
• Create and maintain CMDB data sources transform maps import sets and integrations.
• Troubleshoot CMDB Discovery ITOM and ITAM issues.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing debugging deployment and production support.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices for configuration customization and upgrade compatibility.
