Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer with 3-7 years of experience in designing developing and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CMDB Discovery Service Mapping CSDM IntegrationHub and ITOM modules ensuring accurate Configuration Item (CI) data and CMDB health.

• Design configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB.
• Develop and customize CI classes relationships and data models.
• Configure and maintain Discovery Service Mapping and MID Servers.
• Implement Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and reconciliation rules.
• Configure CMDB Health Dashboards and improve completeness correctness and compliance.
• Build integrations using REST SOAP APIs Import Sets Transform Maps and IntegrationHub to populate CMDB.
• Troubleshoot Discovery issues duplicate CIs stale records and data quality problems.
• Implement and maintain CSDM (Common Service Data Model) standards.
• Create Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts Flow Designer flows and UI Policies.
• Collaborate with ITSM Asset Management and Infrastructure teams for CMDB governance.
• Perform CMDB audits data certification and remediation activities.
• Support platform upgrades and enhancements while following ServiceNow best practices.

• 3-7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • CMDB
  • Discovery
  • Service Mapping
  • CSDM
  • ITOM
• JavaScript Glide API Script Includes Business Rules Client Scripts.
• Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• REST/SOAP APIs.
• Import Sets and Transform Maps.
