Key Responsibilities
Build and enhance AI-driven automation within ServiceNow
Develop and implement AI Agents Agentic AI GenAI and intelligent automation solutions for ITSM and ITOM
Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications workflows integrations and automation across ITSM ITOM and CMDB
Implement AI-driven automation predictive insights intelligent incident routing and self-service solutions
Configure and customize CMDB Discovery Event Management and other ITOM capabilities
Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript Glide scripting REST APIs Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes and workflows
Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders operational teams and architects on solution design and implementation
Identify opportunities to use AI/ML and GenAI to improve service operations and incident management
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards security governance performance and scalability best practices
Troubleshoot optimize and continuously improve existing ServiceNow applications and integrations
Required Skills:

Required Education:
