Location: Hyderabad (No Relocation)

Experience: 7 Years (Min 6 yrs ServiceNow Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to drive business analysis solution design and implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather & analyze business requirements and identify improvements

Translate requirements into user stories epics and technical specs

Work with developers/architects to design & implement solutions

Hands-on ServiceNow configuration (workflows forms business rules)

Support deployments upgrades and enhancements

Perform UAT system & integration testing

Maintain documentation (BRD FSD test cases SOPs)

Ensure quality delivery and stakeholder alignment

Requirements

6 years hands-on ServiceNow experience (mandatory)
Experience in modules like ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM
Strong in requirement gathering & business analysis
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication (4.5/5) & stakeholder management
Implementation experience is mandatory

Required Education:
