HIRING ServiceNow Business Analyst GRC & SecOps

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Business Analyst to support the design implementation and enhancement of Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Gather analyze and document business requirements for GRC/IRM processes
- Work with stakeholders to define functional & technical requirements
- Conduct requirement workshops discussions and gap analysis
- Create user stories acceptance criteria BRDs FRDs & process flows
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Developers and Architects for solution design
- Support Risk Management Policy & Compliance and Audit Management
- Support UAT defect analysis sign-offs data migration reporting & dashboards
- Prepare SOPs and project documentation
- Provide go-live and hypercare support
- Ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirements

Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is an added advantage).
