Position: Service Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Passenger Car Dealership experience preferred)
Qualification: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or any relevant Diploma
Salary: 40000 per month
Location: Kochi

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile service operations (Passenger car dealership preferred).
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations and after-sales service.
• Good leadership communication and customer handling skills.
• Familiarity with dealership service processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure timely high-quality vehicle service delivery.
• Lead and supervise service advisors technicians and workshop staff to achieve productivity and performance targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving escalated service issues and maintaining service quality.
• Monitor workshop performance service revenue and operational efficiency while implementing corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with Parts Warranty and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
