About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead service and operational activities in the chiller/refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in service management production & operations quality management and team leadership along with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage service and operational activities for chiller/refrigeration systems.
* Lead and coordinate service teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
* Monitor service quality and ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively.
* Coordinate with internal teams for service-related activities and operational requirements.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational processes.
* Lead people and manage team performance.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
* Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor technical and system-related service requirements.
