SEO Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning implementing and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility website traffic lead generation and search engine rankings. The role requires expertise in technical SEO on-page SEO off-page SEO local SEO content optimization backlink acquisition and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

The SEO Specialist will work closely with content development and marketing teams to ensure websites are optimized for both traditional and AI-driven search engines while delivering measurable growth for clients and business objectives.

• 24 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
  
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications IT or a related field (preferred).
  

• Strong understanding of Technical SEO On-Page SEO Off-Page SEO Local SEO and Content SEO.
  
• Experience conducting SEO audits and implementing recommendations.
  
• Knowledge of website architecture crawlability indexability XML sitemaps redirects canonicals and Core Web Vitals.
  
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs SEMrush Screaming Frog Google Search Console GA4 Google Tag Manager and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  
• Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation.
  
• Knowledge of WordPress SEO and basic HTML/CSS.
  
• Experience with backlink building outreach campaigns citation building and digital PR.
  

• Understanding of AI SEO LLM SEO Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Google AI Overviews Bing/Copilot Search and AI-powered search trends.
  
• Familiarity with AI content workflows and search visibility optimization.
