Assignment OverviewBSH is seeking an experienced Senior Program Project Leader to support the software platform organization. The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise stakeholder management skills and agile product ownership successful candidate will work closely with platform management software development verification teams architects test management and project leadership to ensure effective planning coordination transparency and execution across multiple software ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the platform backlog including prioritization and refinement and coordinate cross-functional team activities within the platform monitor and track sprint execution and delivery sprint reports and management status maintain and report relevant platform and manage platform-related risks identified by development and verification closely with the Software Platform Manager (Yekta Aydin) regarding cross-program features and monitor status change requests risks and emerging issues (unknown unknowns) together with:Software ArchitectsTest ManagersTest LeadsProgram Project LeadsConsolidate information and provide transparent reporting to communication and alignment between multiple organizations with differing management QualificationsProfessional ExperienceSeveral years of experience as a Product Owner Technical Product Owner Program Coordinator or comparable role in a complex software development experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum SAFe or comparable frameworks).Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across organizational BackgroundStrong background in software development preferably in complex embedded software of the software development ecosystem required to deliver production-grade software technical understanding of platform management and platform-based product working with reference systems and system-level dependencies is highly SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical organizational and facilitation proactive and solution-oriented working and ability to learn quickly in an evolving platform collaboration skills across software development verification testing and project management EnvironmentThe assignment takes place within the software platform organization which coordinates and supports multiple generic software programs and platform role requires close interaction with:Platform ManagementSoftware ArchitectsSoftware Development TeamsVerification OrganizationsTest Managers and Test LeadsProgram Project ManagementWe are looking for a senior-level professional who combines:Product ownership expertiseTechnical software knowledgeProgram coordination skillsStakeholder management capabilitiesStrong communication and reporting experience
