Role Purpose
1. Formulate and implement an open market strategy for the region with the objective of meeting volume targets across products. This includes New to Bank customers Retail assets Wealth management (Investments and Insurance) Liabilities Cards FEX etc.
2. Scale up the respective region into customer centric sales unit focused on acquiring Premier and Advance customers across the region through all liability wealth and assets products of the Bank and HIDL.
3. Balance building up of scale while adding to RBWM profitability by driving productivity and containing cost of acquisition.
4. Contribute to CVM imperatives of RBWM at a regional level by being a feeder channel to other distribution channels (Branch Direct & HIDL)
5. Drive a focused and differentiated sales and service culture across the team by bringing together mono-line product centric sales teams into a unified sales organization
6. Develop synergies across roles to optimize and drive maximum sales and service output
7. Ensure business governance in adherence to group and regulatory requirement
8. Foster a collaborative and motivated environment for sales team


Principal Accountabilities:
Scale up the MSF and drive growth to offset the limited Branch network while adding to RBWM profitability
Set and achieve challenging and stretch goals for revenue/FTE
Contribute to area profitability by ensuring optimum allocation of resources strict control over overheads COA and maintaining sharp focus on income and expenditure numbers.
Conceptualize design and articulate a clear sales strategy for the region and a plan to deliver the same by monitoring and regularly updating strategic metrics to ensure network optimization across the country
Develop and implement Sales Management processes to maximize productivity and sales potential
Leverage market opportunities with key customers in these geographies to maximize revenues in the specific products
Drive Cards Personal Loans Insurance Investment NTB Premier & Advance customer AOP targets
Cross refer opportunities for Broking Loan against Shares and Loan against Mutual Funds opportunity to HIDL
Contribute to the enhancement of the Corporate Employee Program and leverage it to maximize relationships from existing GB clients and NTB corporate
Ensure the growth of RBWM business in line with India Strategic Plan/ ROP
Drive business opportunities across group entities and leverage synergies across business units

Ensure achievement of volume targets for following products:
to Bank (Premier Advance MM)
2. PIL
3. Cards
4. Investments Insurance
5. Liabilities Growth AUM Growth
6. FEX
7. Corporate Mandates

Ensure the following targets are always kept in focus
1. COA
2. Revenue/FTE

Experience / Qualifications - Post Graduates with 5 go 10 years of experience

Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
