About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Unity XR/VR Developer with strong expertise in Unity C# WebGL and immersive technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing high-performance XR VR and interactive 3D applications while leveraging modern DevOps cloud and software engineering practices. This role requires deep technical knowledge of Unity development XR frameworks API integrations cloud services and performance optimization. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design build and deliver enterprise-grade immersive solutions across multiple platforms.

What Youll Do:

• Design develop and maintain high-performance applications using Unity and C#.
• Build immersive XR VR and WebGL experiences aligned with business and user requirements.
• Implement and optimize features using MRTK OVR Unity XRI and OpenXR frameworks.
• Develop scalable and maintainable Unity application architectures.
• Integrate REST APIs third-party SDKs and enterprise services into Unity applications.
• Implement networking features using WebSockets and JWT-based authentication mechanisms.
• Optimize application performance memory utilization rendering and responsiveness across target platforms.
• Develop and maintain reusable components modules and frameworks.
• Configure and manage cloud-hosted application assets using AWS services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with designers architects QA teams product owners and business stakeholders.
• Participate in technical design discussions architecture reviews and sprint planning sessions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop automated testing strategies and support quality assurance activities.
• Stay current with advancements in XR VR WebGL cloud technologies and Unity ecosystems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence programs.

Expertise Youll Bring:

• 610 years of software development experience with at least 5 years of hands-on Unity development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Extensive experience developing applications using Unity for WebGL and VR platforms.
• Deep understanding of XR VR and immersive application development concepts.
• Hands-on expertise with MRTK (Mixed Reality Toolkit) OVR Unity XRI and OpenXR.
• Strong experience designing and developing high-performance interactive 3D applications.
• Expertise in Unity features such as AssetBundles Timeline UniTask TextMesh Pro and uLipSync.
• Experience building scalable modular and maintainable application architectures.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts REST APIs WebSockets and JWT authentication.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs APIs and enterprise services.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and DevOps tools.
• Experience with AWS services particularly AWS S3 and cloud-hosted application environments.
• Strong knowledge of Git Git LFS branching strategies and repository management.
• Experience optimizing WebGL applications for browser compatibility scalability and performance.
• Strong understanding of VR performance optimization rendering pipelines and user experience principles.
• Familiarity with Vuplex WebView integration within Unity projects.
• Knowledge of NUnit and automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to BrainCloud integration and Amplify Shader development is desirable.
• Experience with debugging profiling and performance tuning of Unity applications.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based development environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
