• Manage domestic and international airline reservations.
• Handle end-to-end ticketing requirements.
• Coordinate directly with airlines and travel-service providers.
• Support employees with travel-related queries.
• Manage itinerary changes cancellations and travel disruptions.
• Work with vendors to secure competitive fares.
• Coordinate waivers and required confirmations.
• Ensure travel arrangements comply with applicable travel policies.
• Resolve travel-related issues within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate booking and travel records.
• Strong corporate travel and ticketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Domestic and international ticketing expertise.
• Understanding of airline fare structures and ticketing procedures.
• Strong vendor-management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
