Job Summary
Job Title : Senior Tester
Location : Pune
Band B3 : exp - 6-10 years
CTC : Up to 25 LPA
JC : will share shortly
Practice : BFSI Core banking platforms
Project : Client Asset Servicing - CLAS is a multi-entity (UBS AG UBS ESE & Boston Re) & multi-currency cash & current accounting and payments application which serves WM and IB business areas (internal and external clients).
Key Functionality: Payments Sub-Ledger & Interest
Data Feeds : 25 Inbound & 38 Outbound
Purpose of the Role: Provide support to test end to end CLAS application for Upcoming incremental Patch sets on top of recent Flex cube & OBPM upgrades (current version - 14.5.0.13.0) and for new business case.
Next Patch set scoped 14.5.0.15.0 & for ISO20022 Hybrid & Fully Structured Addresses integration (Sep/Oct -26)
Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & analysis
Creation of user stories.
Creation of test plan & test cases
Testing of complete payment flow as per swift standards (MX Standard) Interest Calculations Customer accounts creation Cross border payments Book transfer payments Manual Payments
Validation of payments generated in new OBPM as per business requirement
Performance testing of each feeds
End of day batch validations & downstream files verification & validation with existing version
Defect reporting & defect tracking using Jira
Providing status reports of Project to Customer on weekly basis
Working closely with vendor (Oracle team) for defect fixes
Handling offshore Team
Mandatory Skills : Flex cube/OBPM Payments domain knowledge Unix Oracle SQL GITLAB
Additional Skills : Bug tracking tool (Gitlab) SAP Business Objects.
