Job Summary

Potentiam is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end technical hiring across multiple business units. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role requiring ownership execution excellence and the ability to deliver niche and business-critical hiring mandates within a structured recruitment environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle.
Independently close critical and niche technology positions.
Drive direct sourcing headhunting and talent mapping initiatives.
Support hiring requirements across the UK and European markets.
Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
Manage hiring SLAs offer conversions and joining outcomes.
Maintain strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
Provide market intelligence and talent insights.
Ensure timely and accurate recruitment reporting and documentation.
Maintain recruitment governance and compliance standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring delivery.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.


Skills & Abilities
Strong experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
Proven track record in closing niche and business-critical roles.
Experience in mature process-driven Talent Acquisition environments.
Strong stakeholder management and sourcing capabilities.
Experience with ATS CRM platforms interview management tools recruitment dashboards and reporting platforms.
Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing and talent intelligence tools.
Data-driven approach with adaptability to structured operating models.
Strong communication influencing and relationship management skills.
Experience hiring for UK and/or European stakeholders will be highly regarded.
