Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions partnering with hiring managers sourcing high-quality talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The role requires strong sourcing expertise stakeholder management and the ability to recruit for a wide range of IT and engineering positions.




Roles and amp; Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn job portals Boolean search referrals and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent.
  • Manage salary negotiations offer rollout and candidate follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • 46 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Experience hiring for software engineering cloud data or other technology roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the technical recruitment lifecycle.
