Your work profile
We are looking for an experiencedSAP BRIM SOM (Subscription Order Management) Senior Team Leadwith strong hands-on expertise inBRIM SOM implementation projects. The candidate should be capable of working inhighly customized SAP BRIM landscapesand possesscross-domain BRIM knowledgeto support complex order-to-cash and subscription lifecycle scenarios.
- Lead and supportSAP BRIM SOM implementation.
- Configure and manageSOM processes including:
- Subscription product modelling
- Order capture orchestration and fulfilment
- Change suspension renewal and termination scenarios
- Handleincident problem and service requestin AMS engagements
- Work onhighly customized SOM solutions and enhancements
- Performroot cause analysisand provide effective functional solutions
- Collaborate withcross-functional teams(CM CC CI and ABAP)
- Supportend-to-end BRIM process flowsfrom order capture to billing
- Preparefunctional specifications configuration documents and KT materials
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and business users
Key skills required:
- Education Any Bachelors/Masters
- 610 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus onSAP BRIM SOM
- Hands-on experience in BRIM SOM implementation and AMS projects
- Strong understanding ofSAP BRIM architecture and order-to-cash lifecycle
- Experience working inhighly customized SAP BRIM systems
- Cross-domain BRIM knowledge(CM CC and CI exposure preferred)
- Good understanding ofintegration pointswithin BRIM landscape
- Ability to workindependentlyand manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience withSAP S/4HANA BRIM
- Exposure tosubscription-based and usage-based business models
- Basic understanding ofABAP/debuggingfor SOM-related issues
- Experience inlarge global BRIM implementations
