Senior Team Lead – Contracts

Experience: 5–8 Years

We are looking for a Senior Team Lead – Contracts with strong experience in handling and managing various types of contracts. The candidate will be responsible for contract drafting validation review compliance management and leading a contracts team.

• Draft review validate and manage different types of contracts and agreements.

• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.

• Handle contract lifecycle management including renewals amendments and documentation.

• Identify contractual risks and coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution.

• Work closely with legal HR procurement finance and business teams.

• Lead and mentor team members while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Strong experience in contract management and contract validation.

• Experience handling commercial vendor client employment or service agreements.

• Good understanding of compliance documentation and risk assessment.

• Team handling and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication negotiation and analytical abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
