Senior Staff QE / SDET
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Staff QE/SDET to lead quality engineering initiatives for our Network Security Platform. This role will drive test strategy automation quality standards and reliability across cloud and on-premises security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall quality and test automation strategy.
Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks for API UI integration and end-to-end testing.
Leverage AI tools for test case generation automation script development defect analysis risk-based testing and quality insights.
Evaluate and implement AI-powered testing solutions to accelerate validation of complex platform and security features.
Partner with Engineering Product and Security teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Lead performance scalability reliability and security testing efforts.
Mentor QE/SDET engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Drive quality improvements through CI/CD integration and shift-left testing practices.
Required Qualifications
15 years of experience in Quality Engineering Test Automation or SDET roles.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with test automation frameworks CI/CD pipelines Kubernetes and cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of networking and security concepts.
Experience testing distributed systems microservices and cloud-native applications.
Influence engineering direction across multiple teams.
Drive engineering excellence and quality culture.
