Senior Specialist Accounting Corporate Functions

• The Senior Professional Record to Report job reviews and performs complex record to report activities to collect process and present accurate financial data for the purposes of providing external information for decision making while ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards. With minimal supervision this job collaborates with multiple businesses and banks to complete complex operational processes and procedures compliance and data management for financial products and services and data systems. This job also leads improvements in process execution mentors the team on process changes and continuous improvement and assists with audit activities.

• RECORD TO REPORT ACTIVITIES: Performs complex services including processing journal entries and intercompany transactions completing monthly and quarterly general ledger close activities performing fixed asset accounting balance sheet reconciliations and reporting activities tax accounting cost and profit center allocation bank accounting and bank reconciliations.
• FOREX RISK MANAGEMENT: Assesses foreign exchange exposures for selected units collaborates with key partners to develop efficient approaches to minimize the organizations risks and establishes risk management procedures and processes to ensure adherence to policies.
• POLICY COMPLIANCE & CONSISTENCY: Leads updating and maintenance of the standard operating procedures and processes in a timely basis and mentors teams members to ensure operational compliance with financial transaction recording standards including company accounting policies statutory reporting regulations and tax regulations.
• BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Develops positive relationship with customers clients and other business partners responding directly to business contacts or customers to deliver accurate processes.
• PROCESS EXECUTION IMPROVEMENT: Applies in depth knowledge of operational practices procedures and internal controls to propose improvement in execution initiatives to drive operational excellence and data integrity to enable analysis and insight.

Overall 10 years of RTR or FPNA experience with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience like Analytics Financial Statement Reviews flux analysis commentary on analysis.

• Experience working in Corporate Functions including migrations and transformation initiatives.
• Financial Statement Review and Controls - OneStream financial reporting including preparation review and sign-off.
• SAP hands-on experience.
