Job Summary
About the Role
Design develop and deliver end-to-end software solutions for complex projects and products
Writes code according to coding specifications established for software solutions.
Build and enhance Varicent-based solutions (Composer Incentives Calculations)
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop high-quality scalable code aligned with SDLC best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time
Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications standards and programming.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis problem definition requirements solution development and proposed solutions.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation flowcharts layouts diagrams charts code comments and clear code.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures
About You
610 years of experience in software development preferably in Varicent
Strong hands-on expertise in Varicent Composer Incentives and Calculations
Good to have experience with Varicent ELT and Adaptor
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
Proven ability to collaborate mentor and work effectively in teams.
Shift time : 1.00 PM - 10.00 PM IST
