Role: Senior Software Engineer Support (L2.5)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who can combine strong backend engineering expertise with hands-on L2.5 production support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop test deploy & maintain scalable backend services
Build cloud-native applications and microservices on AWS
Develop REST APIs and distributed application architectures
Work with event-driven systems using Kafka SQS/SNS & RabbitMQ
Optimize SQL/NoSQL databases queries indexes & data access patterns
Troubleshoot production issues across APIs microservices databases messaging & integrations
Monitor and diagnose issues using CloudWatch logs metrics & distributed tracing
Handle incidents RCA permanent fixes and production recovery within SLA/SLO
Support releases hotfixes rollbacks and post-deployment validation
Improve application performance scalability reliability & security
Create runbooks troubleshooting guides and operational documentation
Participate in on-call/support rotations when required
Mentor engineers and contribute to code/design reviews
Must-Have Skills
React TypeScript Java AWS EKS CloudWatch Redis
